Terms of Service

General Info

  • Commissions prices listed are for personal use only. If you wish to have commercial rights to the artwork please let me know before I start working so that we can negotiate licensing fees.

  • Please fill out my commission form to place an order and provide sufficient reference images for the character(s) in question. If the reference is not clear enough or insufficient, additional design-related fees may apply.

  • Payment must be done in full through the invoice received before I begin working on your commission. (Payment plans for orders over $200 USD can be discussed)

  • You'll receive a full-size high-resolution .PNG file of your commission. Transparent/Resized versions are available upon request.

  • Work-In-Progress files are available upon request, free of charge, at any point. Feedback for changes during the sketch stage is also accepted.

  • Delivery time can vary between a week and a month and a half depending on the complexity of the task and amount of ongoing commissions.

  • If the commission requires me to meet a deadline, please let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly. If the deadline is too close or you'd like to skip waitlist time, a 50% rush fee may apply.

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any request and am allowed to take creative liberty upon the commission as I see fit, including the slight alteration of colors and style shown in the reference for artistic purposes only.

  • Up to 72 hours after the final product has been sent, you're allowed to ask for minor corrections of the image. However, I reserve the right to decline any further revisions or charge an extra fee for them.

Rights and Usage

As the commissioner, you retain transferable rights of the image and are allowed to:

  • Post on any website while inluding credit to my social media.

  • Use the artwork as profile picture, banner, or decoration on websites that are non-profitable.

  • Print and/or use it in crafts and merchandise for personal use only.

You are not allowed to:

  • Take credit for the artwork or remove my signature/watermark in any way

  • Modify, copy, trace, or use as a base.

  • Use the artwork in any commercial/profitable way.

As the artist, I retain full non-transferable rights of the image and am allowed to:

  • Post the finished artwork and any works in progress or sketches on any websites of my choosing.

  • Use any files related to the commission (with the exclusion of the references sent) in any profit-based website or self-promotion.

  • Reuse any pose or composition ideas that weren't included in the final artwork in any of my future works.

Failing to follow the proper usage of the artwork will revoke you from any rights whatsoever.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Chargebacks

At any point during the process, you retain the right to cancel the commission for any reason. However, full refunds will only be given before I start working on the commission.In case I'm unable to finish your commission in any way, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a refund according to the following rates:

  • Before initial sketch - 100% Refund.

  • After initial sketch - 50% Refund.

In the case of chargebacks of any type without my explicit consent, you will lose all rights to any artwork I've made for you, I will retain the rights to use any of the files made for self-profit, and you will not be able to commission me again in the future.
